In this chapter, it talks about our physical and mental health. Since we are college student, our health is not as good as it should be. Since we might have bad health, we need to develop good and healthy behaviors. Those healthy behaviors are checking your body for any abnormalities. Exercising regularly will also help with your healthy and benefit you in many other ways. Aside from exercising regularly, you should get enough sleep so you can concentrate in school and class. Eating healthy is also something we need to keep up it is the biggest way to stay healthy. To stay healthy, you need to stay away and not do drugs because it can drastically affect your health. Also you need to make good judgments about your sexual decisions. Be safe from STDs, by not engaging in sex or protecting yourself. While keeping a good physical health, you need to also have a good mental health. You need to learn how to cope with stress so you don't break down later on. If you are not able to cope with the stress you should seek help from professionals.
